What clients say

“Within twenty minutes of working with Derek, we uncovered something I'd never spoken to anyone about, not once, in twenty years. I knew exactly what I needed to do in my business, I just couldn't explain why I wasn't doing it. But it's ridiculous to me, how quickly that came up.”

“I'd done other work in the past, but it was never moving me forward. This has been the switch I actually needed. I'm not overthinking, or procrastinating anymore, I'm just doing it.”

“What surprised me most was how quickly it can change. After our very first call, I felt really, really good, almost instantly. The self-doubt is gone and I've been able to separate what's actually in my control from what isn't. I'm trading with zero resistance.”

“I'm now operating from a place where I've already achieved what I want. I'm becoming magnetic to opportunities, I can feel it before it even happens. For the first time, I'm carrying that confidence through my days. More positive, more confident, unfazed by challenges.”

“I wanted success so badly that I was stopping myself from failing. The hypnosis with Derek helped me see it differently. Now I don't feel threatened by it. I'm actively chasing failure to get the feedback I need. I'm showing up the best I ever have and getting more deals over the line.”

“I wasn't hitting my full potential. I needed structure and accountability. Looking back to when I first signed up with Derek, I'm a different man now. The work we've done has had a positive impact on all areas of my life.”

“I have no fear anymore and I am able to feel emotions again. I am dreaming at night for the first time in ten years.”

“The calls with Derek change things instantly in how I see situations in my life and how I am showing up. This level of clarity and direction is something I never thought I would have.”

“I went into our calls thinking I had problems with my business, but Derek helped me see they were a reflection of who I believed I was and how I was showing up. Since doing the work on my identity, the problems that existed before no longer exist.”

“For the first time in my life I have finally come out of survival mode. All fear, scarcity and resistance has been removed. I now have belief in myself I have never had, and it has reflected in my business.”

“I used to make every decision from fear of it going wrong, and it kept me stuck. Now I make decisions from a place of certainty. I have achieved things this year I would not have believed six months ago.”

“My confidence has skyrocketed, improving my personal and professional life, leading to promotions, awards, and hitting targets. My mindset and how I handle difficult situations is night and day.”

“I didn't believe I could change, but Derek helped me become someone I'm proud of. I now understand how my thoughts drive my actions. I have more control and life is less stressful.”

“Derek is great at building a personal connection. This helped me improve relationships at home, and manage stress at work. The level of care, support and follow up you get is wonderful.”
