Our coaching programmes and services are covered by the terms set out in your individual client agreement, including any refund and cancellation terms. The Breakthrough Call is free, and you can reschedule or cancel it at any time using the link in your confirmation email. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
