Frequently asked questions
About the work
Entrepreneurs and business owners, always one to one. They usually know exactly what they need to do, and something keeps stopping them.
They overlap, and I use them together. Hypnosis is a focused state we use to work with the subconscious. NLP is a set of techniques for changing the patterns in how you think, feel and respond. Coaching keeps you moving and accountable in your life and business. The Rewire Code™ blends all three, depending on what you need.
A lot of mindset work stays at the conscious level. You feel the lift for a few days, then the old pattern takes over because the thing running it was never touched. This work goes to where that pattern lives.
You do not need to. You will usually only see the symptoms: the procrastination, the self doubt, the stalling right before the next level. Finding the root is my job.
It can be fast. I have seen patterns that had been running for twenty years shift in under twenty minutes. Everyone is different, and the work that follows is what makes it last.
About hypnosis
No. You are fully aware and in control the whole time.
No. Plenty of the people I work with are sceptical at first. An open mind and a willingness to give it a proper go is enough.
No. This is coaching combined with hypnosis and NLP. It is not medical or psychological treatment and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional.
Practical questions
We talk about that on the Breakthrough Call, once I understand what you need and whether I am the right person to help.
It is a free sixty minute call, personally with me. I will ask where you are, where you want to be, and what has been getting in the way. If working together makes sense, we will talk about what that looks like. If not, I will tell you.
Yes. See the Speaking page for details and an enquiry form.
Both use hypnosis. I am a certified hypnotist, and hypnotherapy is the method I use with clients: hypnosis applied to help you change something in your life. Some people call me a hypnotherapist, and that is fine by me. Neither has anything to do with stage shows.
